Return Policy:
- Our return policy allows for a 14-day window from the delivery date. Please ensure to submit your request within this time frame.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in the original polymailer/box packaging.
- Clearance sale items are ineligible for returns unless damaged, in which case notify us within 2 days of delivery for assistance.
- Processing time for returns varies based on transit time and may take 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Policy:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases of receiving damaged products.
- Refunds for debit/credit card purchases will be credited back to the same card. However, if the purchase was made with a debit/credit card during a sale, the refund will be issued as a voucher redeemable on the website within 12 months.
- Items will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return conditions. Items returned in their original condition as delivered will receive a full refund of the purchase price. For any other scenarios, we will discuss options with the customer. We retain the right to apply the refund based on predetermined criteria.
