Return Policy:

• Our return policy allows for a 7-day window from the delivery date. Please ensure to submit your request within this time frame.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in the original polymailer/box packaging.
• Clearance sale items are ineligible for returns unless damaged, in which case notify us within 2 days of delivery for assistance.
• Processing time for returns varies based on transit time and may take 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Policy:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases of receiving damaged products.
• Refunds for debit/credit card purchases will be credited back to the same card. However, if the purchase was made with a debit/credit card during a sale, the refund will be issued as a voucher redeemable on the website within 12 months.
• Items will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return conditions. Items returned in their original condition as delivered will receive a full refund of the purchase price. For any other scenarios, we will discuss options with the customer. We retain the right to apply the refund based on predetermined criteria.
• Refund processing time depends on return transit and typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances where requirements cannot be met. Any cancellations or applicable refunds will be communicated promptly.
